Job summary

PSECU is seeking an EPMO Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of increasingly complex initiatives across the organization. The role involves defining scope, scheduling, resources, and risk management, with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.

The position supports a hybrid model with 60% onsite presence and flexibility for remote work, ensuring transparent status reporting and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration/Management or MIS or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• PM leadership, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed planning artifacts to define project deliverables and work packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones.
• Develop and execute detailed project activity schedules.
• Establish and manage effective project team/sub-team structures for successful delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure outcomes.
• Provide project status updates to key stakeholders and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
