Job summary

Continental, a top contract dining and refreshment provider, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional internal and client-facing projects. You will plan, design, and monitor projects across business units, from new programs to technology implementations, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years as a Project Manager, with strong communication, problem-solving, and matrix-organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Must have had job role/title of Project Manager for 4+ years, successfully managing multiple projects in various stages.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of a variety of projects across all business units.
• Maintain electronic project plans and schedules and track milestones.
• Prepare for and facilitate project meetings and capture notes.
• Track project goals, risks, resourcing, and budget.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to remove barriers and ensure alignment.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Contribute to PMO development and best practices.
