Job summary

Kem Krest, a trusted supply chain solutions partner, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium- to high-complexity initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to deliver results.

As a PMO member, you’ll influence decisions, drive governance, and ensure timely, compliant project completion. This role requires a collaborative leader with travel between Brighton, MI and Elkhart, IN, and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of PM experience.
• 7+ years leading complex business or customer initiatives.
• PMP Certification required.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Financial acumen with budget monitoring.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to high-complexity projects aligning with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues impacting scope or budget.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and secure alignment.
• Communicate status through executive summaries and reports.
• Resolve conflicts and escalations to maintain momentum.
• Provide mentorship to junior PMs within the PMO.
• Support improvements of PM tools and governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
