Job summary

As a member of the PMO, you will manage timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communication. This collaborative leader role requires drive, influence, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment, with travel between Brighton, MI and Elkhart, IN as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years PM experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• 7+ years leading complex initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to high-complexity projects aligning with objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal and vendor activities for implementation.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and reporting to leadership.
• Mentor junior PMs within the PMO.
• Improve PM tools, processes, governance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
