Job summary

KVH is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary initiatives across connectivity and airtime portfolios. You will drive projects from scoping through deployment, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Finance, IT and vendors.

Hybrid work includes four in-office days and one remote day per week, with onsite attendance at the Bristol, Rhode Island headquarters Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and finance.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budget guidelines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through deployment and adoption with defined schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and manage risks to keep projects within scope and on time.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide status updates to leadership.
• Report outcomes and escalate issues per the project plan.
• Coordinate portfolio visibility and prioritize cross-program resourcing.
