Job summary

KVH Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across its connectivity and airtime portfolio. You will drive new service launches, changes, and vendor initiatives, coordinating requirements and outcomes across multiple teams.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and prioritization while communicating progress to leadership. The role spans offices and time zones in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience in a multi-project environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Finance and IT.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and scope with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and develop project teams to maximize performance and accountability.
• Lead projects from scoping through deployment and adoption, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate resources to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Track status and report outcomes and risks to management channels.
• Manage project portfolio visibility and resolve cross-program resourcing conflicts.
