Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-functional programs from development through implementation. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications, partnering with technical and functional teams and mentoring staff.

The role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership, and program-management expertise, with a hybrid work arrangement 2 days per week in an HPE office and coordination across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional programs through development and implementation lifecycle.

• Oversee activities of project teams and internal partners; adjust plans to meet requirements.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and results to stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
• Engage with external parties to support program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
