Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience with software development projects.
• Strong SDLC, planning, and delivery process knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• PMP, Scrum Master or similar certs preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects through all phases of the SDLC.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, stakeholders).
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and communicate progress.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks aligning with business objectives.
