Job summary

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our San Francisco headquarters, with hybrid California-based duties. This exempt role oversees statewide program administration, subgranting, and reporting, coordinating with partners and funders to deliver timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing grants and subawards.
• Ability to travel throughout California at least monthly.
• Experience with Salesforce and data portals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional partners and monitor program reporting and deliverables.
• Execute subgranting process from scope of work to budget and reporting forms.
• Manage financial tracking, invoices, and partner payments.
• Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person program events and meetings.
• Prepare and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for funders and internal teams.
• Communicate with partners, funders, and ILRC staff to ensure timely reporting.
