The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering, has a PMP certification, and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Management or Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Must learn and utilize USCG-specific program management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of technical and analytical support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams for successful execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Real Property and cybersecurity requirements.
