Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a Lincolnshire-based commercial defence business to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex high software and hardware capital projects. The role is hybrid: 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days from home, with occasional travel to client sites.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring OTIF and budget adherence, manage risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams across external clients on multi-million pound programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience with external clients in defence or government contracts.
• Strong in defining scope, schedules and budgets for complex programmes.
• Excellent communication with SMT and board level executives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management from planning through finalisation.
• Deliver projects OTIF within budget and timelines.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables, and maintain plans.
• Create, maintain and develop project schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues.
