Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and follow-ups with clear decisions and owners.
• Define objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes for initiatives.
• Coordinate across business, technology, security, legal, finance, and procurement.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers early.
• Track effort, timelines, and dependencies; maintain documentation.
