Job summary

Workscapes is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial furniture, casework and modular wall projects from pre-order through final installation and close-out. You will coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Installation Teams, and Clients to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

This hybrid role requires travel to warehouses/showrooms and job sites, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote when schedules permit.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in commercial furniture, construction, or related industry.
• Experience coordinating installation teams, vendors, and construction schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Verify site readiness and field measurements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Attend construction meetings with contractors, architects, designers, and clients.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Track milestones and enforce deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Coordinate project billing milestones and invoicing.
• Oversee project close-out and punch list items.
• Maintain strong client communication to meet expectations.
