Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Experience reviewing drawings with AutoCAD Civil 3D; proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying).
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
