You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive value through strong communication and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent required.
• 10 years of architectural practice with management experience.
• Licensed Architect with current registration preferred.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage multiple projects across all design phases.
• Oversee project financial performance and ensure alignment with budget, schedule and design intent.
• Prepare and negotiate fees and contracts; communicate with clients and consultants.
• Provide clear project leadership and regular updates to clients and team.
• Foster sustainable design solutions and a green workplace.
• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
