Job summary

Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC seeks an organized and hands-on Project Manager to join our hybrid team. Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, Automation & AI, you will plan and deliver projects across the company—from scoping to close, including system implementations, automation and AI initiatives, and finance projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional contributors on larger initiatives and run 3–6 concurrent projects of varying types, ensuring on-time delivery and clear

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of different types and sizes.
• Hands-on coordination with strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and ownership with sponsors.
• Build and maintain project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Prioritize requests and balance capacity across departments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage tasks to deadlines.
• Track progress, budget, risks, and change requests.
• Escalate risks with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors and system partners.
• Provide status updates to teams and C-Suite.
