Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International in Atlanta is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across business systems, data, infrastructure, and security. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and external partners to deliver projects on time, using Claude AI tools to create visuals and analytics.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a related degree, and familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and API/data workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of project management experience delivering technology initiatives.
Experience working with AI tools (Claude a plus) to create AI artifacts, skills, and related capabilities that assist in your role.
Experience delivering business applications, and an understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data pipelines, cloud or infrastructure projects, and platform migrations.
Familiarity with information security concepts and compliance practices.
Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, GitHub, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Claude.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects end to end across business systems, applications, data, infrastructure, and security initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions and clear requirements.
Drive system implementations and coordinate across technology teams.
Manage partner relationships and synchronize with product managers and other PMs.
Provide status updates on IT initiatives to stakeholders and leaders.
Develop domain expertise of the organization’s technical environment and processes.
Coordinate cloud, platform changes, migrations, and release controls.
Support security initiatives, including vulnerability remediation and compliance.
Track risks, issues, and decisions, escalating early when needed.
