Job summary

Vertech in the United States is seeking a Project Manager I - Summer (Entry Level) to lead automation projects from kickoff to delivery. You will work on projects across multiple sites, including Phoenix, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on client satisfaction, budget, schedule and scope.

The role requires a BS in a technical field or equivalent experience (2+ years) and strong communication skills; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the project leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferably in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering or equivalent experience (2+ years)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitable and successful delivery of automation projects.
• Establish and maintain plans for the success of automation projects including scope, schedule, cash-flow, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and direct the work of project team members.
• Communicate status with clients.
• Negotiate change orders with clients.
• Work with accounting on project financials, progress for revenue recognition and invoicing.
