• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects end to end

• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and ownership with sponsors
• Build and maintain project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources
• Balance competing requests and priorities across departments
• Lead cross-functional projects and assign tasks to meet deadlines
• Track progress, budget, scope, and risks; manage changes and blockers
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders including executives
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and document decisions
• Plan rollout, training, and communication for affected teams
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and handoffs
• Lead post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned
• Improve lightweight PM standards and templates as the company grows
