Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Administrative and Operational Support to support a high-visibility DHS/CISA transformation initiative. You will manage the day-to-day administrative and operational workstream, coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure executive taskers and operational products move through the review and approval process on time.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project/ program/ operations management or federal mission support.
Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks with deadlines and dependencies.
Experience coordinating with senior leaders, program managers, reviewers, or executive staff.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain status across a high-volume work queue.
Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA and obtain required fitness determinations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative and operational support workstream.
Maintain visibility of executive taskers, inquiries, and correspondence packages.
Assign work across the team based on priority and deadlines.
Track suspense dates, milestones, and dependencies to protect timely delivery.
Coordinate with program managers, administrative staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
