Blue Sky Innovative Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Writer - Executive and Operational Support to support a high-visibility organizational transformation initiative for DHS CISA. Draft and revise memoranda, letters, briefs, and presentations for senior government audiences.

Hybrid schedule and on-site work at CISA facilities in Arlington, VA; strong writing, discretion, and responsiveness required. You’ll draft and revise a range of products, translate findings into implementations, and

Qualifications

3+ years of professional writing and editing experience involving Government, executive, policy, or operational content.
Ability to draft clear, concise documents from source material and stakeholder input.
Strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and document-organization skills.
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar subject matter.
Ability to adjust tone for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Discretion with sensitive information and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Draft and revise executive correspondence, memoranda, letters, background briefs, and presentations.
Develop content for internal briefings, SOPs, templates, and desk guides.
Support materials for senior leadership, White House, Congress, and agencies.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments with varying priorities.
Coordinate with document management to ensure readiness for routing and submission.
Maintain discretion and ensure accurate, high-quality outputs.
