Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management, educational administration, program development, or related operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate university processes and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate CCSW priorities into actionable implementation plans with scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead full life-cycle management of CCSW initiatives from concept to ongoing operations.
• Coordinate faculty and cross-campus stakeholders and ensure engagement of offices and partners at the right stages.
• Develop and improve repeatable project management processes, tools and templates for scaling.
