Job summary

Dalio Family Office (DFO) is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Project Management Pillar in Westport, CT. The role emphasizes analytical and operational support for managing pillar machines and large projects, with growing independence on smaller initiatives.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, leverage PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience involving business analysis, process management or project management responsibilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities, deadlines and responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, reporting to key stakeholders, and managing internal and external contributors.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills to methodologically identify problems and develop solutions.
• High degree of discretion when handling sensitive subjects or information.
• Strong commitment to professional growth and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of projects including taking notes, tracking action items, updating plans, producing reports, scheduling syncs, and completing related deliverables.
• Complete research and analysis and produce accompanying reports.
• Complete assigned responsibilities related to PMP machines including scheduling meetings and following up with RPs on their responsibilities.
• Own responsibilities at the goal level through proactively perceiving problems and identifying enhancements or solutions.
• Operationalize the culture through providing daily feedback using the collector and recording issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.
