Dalio Family Office in Westport, CT seeks an Accounting Associate to maintain financial health by managing core accounting operations, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will take ownership of critical processes and collaborate across the organization to drive efficiency and controls.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced family office environment, contributing to informed business decisions and strong financial integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of transactional accounting experience.
• Experience with computerized general ledger software (BlackBaud, Intacct, NetSuite, or comparable).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out day-to-day ledger functions within monthly close.
• Maintain general ledgers for tax and financial reporting.
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Perform cash management functions.
• Prepare information and reports needed for tax return preparation.
• Own key accounting projects and processes.
• Review disbursements and various reconciliations.
• Identify risks and implement solutions.
