Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X in the United States is seeking an Account Executive who will partner with internal teams to drive flawless retail executions. You will support briefs, budgets, and timelines, attend client discussions, and help maintain forecasts, while learning billing estimates and coordinating with the broader team.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2 years of equivalent work or digital marketing internship experience.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work to their team and clients.
• Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and is not afraid to speak up.
• Is nimble and recognizes the need to adjust style in different situations and settings.

Responsibilities

• Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.)
• Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast.
• Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team.
• Lead special assignments for Account Director, and other Account Leaders.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.
