Daimler Truck North America is offering an internship in Engineering Platform Management (EPM). Interns will engage in project management of major product projects, contribute to planning, feasibility studies, and budgeting, and gain exposure across departments.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent grad within 1 year of start date.
• Pursuing Degree in Engineering or Project Management or Business preferred.
• Experience with Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and task management tools (Planner, Trello) preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Co-Pilot/Claude preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product projects from development through rollout, aligning global teams around execution and delivery.
• Develop KPIs and measures to track project progress, milestones, and overall success.
• Create and communicate visual tools and graphics showing project status.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to keep global project activities coordinated.
• Support the adoption of new projects across engineering, customers, and the network.
• Create reports on product/market need, forecasts, customer preferences, and product trends.
• Ensure adherence to corporate product development processes (CVDS & Visual PM).
• Lead and support an inclusive, welcoming workplace culture.
