Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking motivated interns to join the Engineering Platform Management group. The role offers real-world project management exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and potential full-time transition based on performance and business needs.

Interns work with global teams to drive product projects from development through rollout, develop KPIs, and create clear status visuals. Hybrid schedule, relocation assistance where eligible, and a strong emphasis on inclusive

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recently graduated within 1 year (May/June)
• Pursuing Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business preferred
• Experience with Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and task management tools is preferred
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Co-Pilot/Claude is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally
• Solid organizational skills, creative mindset, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive product projects from development through rollout, aligning global teams around execution and delivery
• Develop KPIs and measures to track project progress, milestones, and overall success
• Create and communicate visual tools and graphics that show project status clearly
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to keep global project activities coordinated
• Support the adoption of new projects across engineering, customers, and the network
• Create management reports including product needs, forecasts, and trends
• Ensure adherence to corporate product development processes
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture
