Job summary

Via Collective is seeking a Project Coordinator to support signage and wayfinding projects, coordinating information, schedules, budgets, and communications across design teams.

Under the Project Director/Manager, you will organize project activities, monitor milestones, update Asana, and assist with client communications, RFIs, and scope changes, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, business management, communications, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of coordination or project management experience.
• Wayfinding, architecture, or interior design firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring information flows efficiently between the Project Director/Manager, clients, consultants, and the internal design team.
• Maintain strong working relationships through responsive, supportive, and professional client communication
• Under the direction of the Project Director/Manager: Coordinate communications with clients, subconsultants, and vendors; monitor schedules, milestones, and action items; update Asana; prepare agendas and meeting notes; track follow-ups.
