Job summary

C-Shift Consulting in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Project Coordinator/Program Analyst to serve as the operational backbone for project teams. You will ensure schedules are current, decisions documented, and action items closed, while coordinating with contractors and leadership to maintain trust and clarity.

You’ll be embedded with the project team, driving organization and follow-through, supporting aPM, and managing multiple workstreams with precision in a hybrid Denver setting.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in project coordination or similar structured execution role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with systems thinking.
• Direct communicator who pushes for answers in client meetings.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules in Smartsheets for active projects.
• Capture and track meeting notes, decisions, risks, and action items across workstreams.
• Support PM in tracking open items, flag risks, and provide current information to leadership.
• Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage Smartsheet entries.
• Review purchase orders and support budget tracking, contract oversight, and payments.
• Assist with preparation of Project Funding Requests (PFRs) and memos.
• Manage document control via SharePoint and coordinate reviews.
