Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies seeks a Project Coordinator to support mitigation projects from inception to completion. The role blends remote work with in-person collaboration (~3–4 days per week) from our office, providing structure, organization, and clear communication for PMs and field teams.

The position emphasizes documentation, scheduling, and coordination with clients, vendors, insurers, and internal teams. Experience with PSA and Power BI is highly valued.

• Experience using job management systems; PSA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or working with reports and dashboards; Power BI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerical, administrative, and accounting functions for mitigation and rebuild projects.
• Support Project Managers and Operations leadership with daily project coordination.
• Maintain accurate job files, notes, and documentation within PSA.
• Track project schedules, appointments, inspections, and material deliveries from start to end.
• Coordinate office schedules and communicate with customers regarding arrivals, changes, or delays.
• Assist with collections processes, including deductibles and progress payments.
• Prepare, review, complete, and route project-related forms and purchases.
• Perform project tracking and reporting using Power BI.
• Provide quick, accurate responses to vendors, subcontractors, agents, and clients.
