Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, seeks a Project Coordinator to support mitigation projects from start to finish. This role blends remote work and in-person collaboration (~3–4 days per week) from a supported office.

You will organize schedules, maintain documentation, manage financial processes, and facilitate clear communication among internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurers. You will coordinate project workflows, assist with reporting, and ensure timely, accurate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerical, administrative, and accounting functions for mitigation and rebuild projects.
• Support Project Managers and Operations leadership with daily project coordination.
• Maintain accurate job files and documentation within PSA.
• Track mitigation and rebuild project schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and workflows end-to-end.
• Prepare project forms, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI.
