Pillar Patient Advocates in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Project Coordinator to support patient recruitment for market research projects. The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise 1–2 staff screeners, coordinate timelines and budgets, provide client updates, and ensure compliance with data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in market research, project coordination, or recruitment management.
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience supervising or overseeing others in a project-based environment.
• Detail and process-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strategic thinker able to forecast, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for 10–20 projects for internal and sponsor firms.
• Oversee 1–2 staff screeners/recruiters and align with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor recruitment progress, flag risks, and address challenges to meet deadlines.
• Plan, status updates, and execute recruitment for market research studies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports.
• Provide timely updates to clients and identify process improvements.
• Review data collection for accuracy and ensure compliance with privacy guidelines.
