Job summary

Valley Health System (New Jersey) seeks a skilled study coordinator to support research activities under the PI and Research Nurse Manager. The role involves coordinating the clinical trial workflow, consenting patients, scheduling visits, and ensuring accurate data collection in line with the protocol.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years' experience) and maintain CITI/GCP knowledge, with preferred certifications in CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA, CCRP/CCRC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum ten years' experience as a study coordinator required.
• Maintains CITI certification and ongoing knowledge of ICH-GCP.
• Preferred CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA and CCRP or CCRC certification.
• Experience with computer programs, software, Excel, and web-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer clinical research activities under PI guidance.
• Assist in project planning and implement treatment regimens per protocol.
• Consent subjects, schedule appointments and ancillary services.
• Register patients for billing compliance and data collection.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and accuracy of treatment as dictated by protocol.
