Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical research or healthcare-related projects.
• Knowledge of federally funded research programs (NIH, DoD, PCORI, AHRQ, CDC, or similar).
• Experience with research startup activities, budgeting, regulatory processes, and study management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Intermountain system and work from different locations.

Responsibilities

• Research Support and Administration: support various clinical research studies and departments across the Intermountain system.
• Project Planning & Execution: define, develop, and execute clinical research project plans.
• Budget & Scope Management: develop budget and scope documents for studies.
• Study Requirements & Compliance: ensure sponsor and study requirements are met.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: participate in QA plans and track deliverables.
• Study Lifecycle Management: manage startup, maintenance, and closeout activities.
• Medicare Coverage Analysis: support development of Medicare Coverage Analysis.
• Auditing & Risk Management: coordinate project assessments and risk strategies.
