The role oversees the Project Coordinator team, manages staffing, and partners with departments to ensure flawless project execution in a hybrid setup across multiple locations, including Albany GA.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree and 5+ years in customer service and project coordination, with Windows Server and potential CFSP

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer service and project coordination.
• 1–3 years Windows Server environment experience.
• Experience in foodservice industry preferred.
• 3+ years leading trainings in sales/service environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Coordinators and staff deployment.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and expediting equipment delivery.
• Provide training and support within the department.
