This role requires strong administrative experience, meeting organization, minute taking, and solid IT skills. The position is hybrid, based in Peterborough, with opportunities to grow within a high-profile infrastructure

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in project delivery.
• Experience organizing meetings and taking minutes.
• Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of deliverables for multiple schemes within the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of the Capital Delivery Process and document reference files.
• Collaborate with Document Control to ensure compliant project files.
