Job summary

The Company You Are Joining in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Training & Workforce Program Manager to lead strategic training initiatives supporting field operations across multiple states. This hybrid role requires traveling frequently to operational locations and coordinating with instructional developers and SMEs to design and implement ADDIE-driven curricula.

Qualifications

Strong project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ownership of training, workforce readiness, or change initiatives from strategy to rollout.
Ability to translate complex operational information into engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
Experience connecting operations leaders with instructional-design teams.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
Background in construction, electrical, lighting, utilities, or related fields preferred.
Bachelor’s or technical degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple workforce training and readiness initiatives from strategy through implementation.
Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Translate operational priorities into structured training and development plans.
Serve as liaison between field operations, leaders, SMEs, and instructional teams.
Coordinate curriculum development with instructional-design teams and ADDIE processes.
Drive change management, communications, and adoption across the workforce.
Present program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Identify training gaps and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
Travel across a multi-state footprint as required.
