Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2–5 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Proactive, reliable, has customer service mindset, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates and action item tracking.
• Schedule reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status to project team clearly and timely.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, hours, and expenditures.
• Identify issues, escalate to client manager, assign solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system and reassign tickets as needed.
• Produce regular reports and identify trends for improvements.
