Job summary

Astreya seeks a Project Coordinator II in Fremont, CA to lead planning and coordination of complex data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure builds, retrofits, and technical modifications stay on schedule and within scope.

You will gather requirements, monitor progress, provide weekly updates, and drive issue resolution while delivering actionable insights to regional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires AA degree or equivalent and 2–5 years of related experience or training.
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
• Judgment within defined procedures to determine action.
• Flexibility to work in office and remote settings with regional colleagues.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems or project management tools.
• Familiarity with a technology-driven environment.
• Proactive, dependable and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; multitask and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate complex data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Coordinate equipment transfers for on-time delivery.
• Provide weekly project updates and action items.
• Schedule reviews and track follow-up actions.
• Communicate status clearly to the project team.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Escalate issues to the client manager as needed.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor the ticketing system daily and reassign tickets as required.
• Produce regular reports and identify trends for improvement.
• Deliver insights on KPIs and metrics to decision-makers.
• Identify new process improvement opportunities.
• Keep knowledge and skills up-to-date with new procedures.
