Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support engineering and program management teams in Redmond. You'll organize workstreams, document plans, and track prototype builds and deliverables, partnering with program managers, tech leads, and engineers to meet milestones.

This hybrid role requires strong Jira proficiency, experience with international logistics, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and SOWs while maintaining clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience creating work breakdown structures for scheduling and resource planning.
• Experience with international shipping and logistics, including Asia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams and document plans.
• Track the progress of prototype builds and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira for engineering development tracking.
• Manage international shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations for stakeholder review.
• Coordinate with finance and purchasing to onboard suppliers, manage proposals, and track orders.
• Assist engineering teams with development documentation.
• Map and track the progress of Statements of Work (SOWs) with external partners.
• Update internal website information and maintain meeting notes.
