Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams across hardware, software, and engineering for new or upgraded products. This hybrid role in Tualatin, Oregon requires coordinating schedules, budgets, and delivery from initiation to completion.

You will guide projects with strong leadership, present status to stakeholders, and optimize processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management in product development. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies. Experience in product design or direct involvement with Engineering for product development is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of company products and services.
• Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, including hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Guide teams and demonstrate leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Present project status and updates to audiences at all levels in the organization.
