Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our engineering and program management teams. This role is central to organizing workstreams, documenting plans, and tracking the progress of prototype builds and deliverables. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including program managers, technical leads, and engineers, to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams and document plans.
• Track the progress of prototype builds and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira for engineering development tracking.
• Manage international shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations for stakeholder review.
• Coordinate with finance and purchasing to onboard suppliers, manage proposals, and track orders.
• Assist engineering teams with development documentation.
• Map and track the progress of Statements of Work (SOWs) with external partners.
• Update internal website information and maintain meeting notes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in international shipping and logistics, with a preference for experience in Asia.
• Proficiency with Jira for engineering development.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to handle complex and uncertain program schedules.
• Detail-oriented approach to monitoring progress, collecting data, and tracking actions.
• Capability to manage tasks with several suppliers on a daily basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience constructing work breakdown structures for scheduling and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) for customer hardware.
• Understanding of the design and development process for consumer electronic products.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Experience with the development and launch of consumer products.
