Job summary

Regency Supply is seeking a Project Coordinator/Admin to grow into a Project Manager role within the Projects Team. You will support National Account Lighting Projects, coordinate shipments, handle submittals, and assist with account health—collections, inventory, and stocking programs.

Training includes Lighting 101 and purchasing processes. The role offers a hybrid schedule at our Franklin, TN office, with opportunities to develop client relationships and advance within our growing lighting

Qualifications

• Project coordination experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• 1-2 years work experience in a customer service related role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy.
• Ability to identify and manage risk.
• Strong people and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct takeoffs, create project submittals, coordinate shipment of materials and answer post-delivery technical questions.
• Assist with health of accounts regarding collection issues, inventory issues and stocking programs.
• Participate in training including Lighting 101 and spend time with Purchasing to learn processes.
