Job summary

Regency Supply is seeking a Project Coordinator/Admin to support the Projects Team and National Account Lighting Projects in a hybrid Chatsworth setting. You will grow into a Project Manager by coordinating takeoffs, submittals, shipments, and field questions while building relationships with contractors.

No prior lighting experience is required, but strong organization, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills are essential for success and advancement.

Qualifications

• Project coordination experience preferred.
• Blue print reading experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• 1-2 Years work experience in a customer service related role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy.
• Ability to identify and manage risk.
• Strong people and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conducting takeoffs and creating project submittals.
• Coordinating the shipment of materials and handling field related questions post delivery.
• Assisting with the health of accounts including collections, inventory, and stocking programs.
• Participating in training initiatives such as Lighting 101 and Purchasing processes.
