Job summary

Holmes US, a design firm with West Coast offices, seeks a Project Coordinator to act as the financial backbone for multiple projects. You’ll drive setup, reporting, forecasting, and invoicing while partnering with senior leaders to improve profitability.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, strong Excel/Power BI capabilities, and integration of project systems within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Accountant (AEC industry ideal!).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with advanced Excel.
• Experience with project accounting systems and MS Office; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial eyes across a portfolio of projects and monitor health through data.
• Partner with Principals, Project Managers, and senior leaders to optimize performance.
• Drive project setup, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
• Coordinate governance, close-out activities, and contract compliance.
• Lighten administrative load for project teams while building trust.
• Embed efficient processes and champion Vantagepoint usage.
