Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Project Finance Analyst to support our Corporate Team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 4 years equivalent experience in government contract project finance or similar position.
• Thorough understanding of Government contract types and related contract terms.
• Experience with contracts that have large CLIN structures and detailed reporting requirements.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts and EAC with project management and reporting.
• Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with project setup structure and processes with accounting.
• Track financial performance (revenue, cost, margins) and report deviations.
• Partner with program management to identify risks and mitigation.
• Prepare and support preparation of client status reports, integrated program reviews, and ad-hoc financial requests.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes.
• Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate with billing.
