Job summary

Holmes US in California seeks a detail-focused Project Coordinator to be the financial backbone of multiple project teams. You will drive accurate budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting while collaborating with Principals and PMs to optimize performance.

You’ll manage schedules and data, support governance, and embed streamlined processes using Vantagepoint and Power BI. If you excel at numbers, communicate clearly, and uphold integrity, apply to join our international design firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Experience as Project Coordinator, Administrator, or Accountant in an AEC context is ideal.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with project accounting systems such as Vantagepoint.
• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial eyes and ears across a portfolio of projects.
• Partner with Principals and PMs to optimize project performance.
• Drive project setup, financial reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Monitor project health via data analysis and identify trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and support cash flow outcomes.
• Champion project management systems and embed efficient processes.
