Crew 2, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage projects from initial measurement through final payment. You will coordinate measure technicians, create and manage purchase orders in Smartsheet, and ensure quotes and customer communications stay on track.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and independent work, with opportunities to grow as the company expands beyond THD’s traditional sales channels and to support sales efforts and timely customer payments.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience or familiarity with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel) and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills; able to work independently.
• Customer-focused attitude with Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to review scope, timing, requirements, and expectations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Track progress and maintain documentation across systems (Smartsheet, Excel).
• Coordinate measure technicians and manage purchase orders across Smartsheet sheets.
• Assist in quotes and follow up on quotes to support sales and timely payments.
