Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company in Phoenix seeks a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for Transmission & Distribution projects. You will build logic-driven schedules in Primavera P6, update progress weekly, and support decision‑making with reporting and earned value insights.

You will partner with project managers, engineers, construction leads, and procurement to capture impacts, perform risk analysis, and ensure alignment with project objectives in a hybrid

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED plus two years scheduling and/or project controls experience.
Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.
Working knowledge of scheduling principles and project controls fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains logic‑driven, resource‑loaded schedules in Primavera P6 across assigned T&D projects.
Partners with PMs, engineers and procurement to capture schedule impacts and update accordingly.
Produces weekly progress reports, look‑ahead schedules and monthly schedule narratives for project teams and leadership.
Runs critical path, total float and logic analyses on assigned schedules and identifies risks.
Applies scheduling standards and templates; supports cost and estimating tools and reporting.
