Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of government contracting experience in Project Control / Finance / Accounting.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint.
• Exceptional Excel skills including PivotTables.
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and Contracts on LOCs and TOCR.
• Review project setup (WBS, POP) for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Contracts to validate data and billing.
• Monitor budgets and financial data for each project.
• Review time charging and expenses by project.
• Reconcile actual vs. budget costs and submit monthly accruals.
• Prepare monthly reporting for the Division and review invoices.
• Assist in monthly close, EACs and ETCs.
• Support DSO/DPO management and unbilled data analysis.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as needed.
